All about me!
I am a second generation maker!
Growing up on the family farm I've always been around and captivated by woodlands. Wether it was helping manage the woodland with my Dad or splitting logs for the fire, Wood has always been my interest!
At the age of thirteen, I was taken under the guidance of renowned woodworker @cornishwoodsmith, Dom kindly shared a wide variety of skill and knowledge with me which solidified my commitment to pursuing woodworking as a career. My first spoon
marked the beginning of a passionate and dedicated journey into the world of spoon carving. Over the past four years, I have honed my skills, developing a unique style that reflects both my personal aesthetic and the natural beauty of the wood I work with.
Aswell as carving i'm also totally addicted to gig-rowing! A true cornish sport for a young cornishman! The clinker built wooden gigs might be some of the attraction but training hard and pushing myself and my crew to our limits is what keeps me always coming back for more! With first placed medals won at both county and national level i cannot wait for all of the exciting racing opportunities in the future!
